Do I need to have html or programming experience to use SSP? No, we fully install and configure your SSP system ready for use. All you have to do is follow the simple navigation to upload pictures, products, postage information and promotions. If you wish we can even do this for your for a small fee.
How do I update my website, do I need to understand FTP or require a web page editor? SnapShop PRO™ contains all you need to manage your client side website. To update your website, you simply log into your site administrator and choose which page you want to change.
Our distribution plant is not located in the same place as our sales office, can we still use SSP? The true power of SSP is its ability to allow anyone with access to an Internet ready PC and a user account to view and access the administration features of SSP. There is a module for SSP that allows pickers to access picking lists and mark when dispatched.
Is there a minimum contract term? Not unless you require to host your shop on your own server or you take advantage of our free domain name offer.
Is there any limit to the number of categories, transactions, customers or products SSP can manage? In theory no. You should familiarise yourself with some of our clients existing sites to see how SSP is in use. Some of our clients are handling many hundreds of transactions per day with customer bases in excess of 25,000 individual customers and turnovers in the 100’s of thousand dollars. Naturally there is a limit to how much our server can take and should you be fortunate enough to be in that position we will work with you to implement dedicated servers and higher bandwidth if required.
